Born from the TexaPlex Vision
The concept behind our name has deep roots. The original “TexaPlex” idea was coined by Texas real estate broker David Winans — a visionary concept that captured the attention of NBC, The Economist, and even the Texas Governor’s office. That name carries something: the recognition that Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio aren’t simply individual cities. Kevin brings a professional background that few inspectors can match: licensed inspector and experienced commercial construction General Contractor.
